I thought it would be nice to post exactly what kind of meals all this coupon clipping has gotten us. So, for lunch today this is what we had! Brown rice, mixed vegetables, and chicken breast. It's hard to decide which is the best part......that it took only 10 minutes TOTAL to prepare or that it costed me only $4 to make all of it??
1 13oz canned chicken breast (leftover from Sam's Club) $2
2 bags steamfreshed brown rice $1
2 bags steam fresh mixed veggies $1
We did have some homemade shrimp sauce with it also!! This made enough to fill up 5 hungry tummies!!! Not bad eh?
