Fill in a Daily Challenge Log, including the date and time you take each pill.
After you’ve finished your Challenge, return to the 14-Day Challenge website to complete and print the mail-in form. Send it in with the sales receipt and UPC from your Prilosec OTC package, and we’ll mail you a $10 coupon.
